Ice pack (also known as gel pack or cold pack) is widely being used in the industrial & commercial sector nowadays rather than ice cubes and dry ice for the storage of temperature sensitive products.
This is because ice pack can be easily purchase from the market and easily be stored in the user end when comparing to dry ice! The 2nd advantage of ice pack to ice cube is that when the ice pack melt, it will not release liquid which in turn contaminate the stored products.
